About

25 & 26 July | Walpole Park, West London

Now in its fifth decade, the Ealing Jazz Festival returns to Walpole Park for a weekend that blends heritage with bold, contemporary programming and global influence.

Saturday on The Hokum is anchored by Galliano - pioneers of the acid jazz movement and the first band signed to the Acid Jazz label - joined by the Steve White Trio and The New Street Adventure. Over in the Big Top, a collaboration with Continental Drifts brings a high-energy programme of Afrobeat, global sounds and boundary-pushing live performance, headlined by 2fox alongside Sorvina, Gnawa Blues All Stars and GANNA.

Sunday brings the energy of today's UK jazz scene to the Big Top, curated by Banger Factory Records founder and Jazz FM Instrumentalist of the Year Mark Kavuma. Mark Kavuma & The Banger Factory headline alongside Rachael Cohen's Sounds of Brazil, Pete Horsfall & Electric Relaxation and Artie Zaitz Hammond Combo. On The Hokum, London Afrobeat Collective and Bukky Leo & Black Egypt bring deep Afrobeat roots and dancefloor energy to close the weekend.

Two stages. Two days.
