At the heart of the city, the unique and award winning sightseeing cruise dominates the river. Ditch dry land and hop aboard The London Eye River Cruise, which takes you on a tour of the city’s most popular riverside landmarks from the perspective of our famous river.

The expert guides on board know exactly how to keep visitors entertained whilst bringing the city to life. From fun facts about the Millennium bridge and Harry Potter to the history of the Houses of Parliament and many more landmarks. The commentary gives guests the facts and laughs to create a unique experience.

Access Information

Disabled guest should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket. The free ticket for the helper should be requested on arrival at the attraction upon presentation of proof of disability.

The attraction is wheelchair accessible. For health and safety reason only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time.

Once you have booked your river cruise ticket, we recommend booking your wheelchair timeslot in advance by emailing (please quote your order reference)

Unfortunately we are unable to admit mobility scooters into the attraction.

The London Eye River Cruise is a 40 minutes circular cruise.

Good To Know

The price does not include a flight on The London Eye.

This is a circular cruise without stops (boarding and disembarking at The London Eye pier only)

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket

Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18 years or over.

Audio commentaries are available on a first come first serve basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Suitable in all weathers due to covered and sun deck seating.

What Should I Expect

The London Eye River Cruise departs from the pier below the London Eye. It is an award winning 40-minute sightseeing cruise and travels passed the houses of parliament and all the way to Tower Bridge and back.

The cruise ticket includes a souvenir guide map (available in seven languages) and access to tThe London Eye 4D experience.
