On Wednesday 5th June, Hackney Social plays host to the launch party for the much-awaited new single “Smile” from London-based artist,Sidders.

Following a feature on the iconic UK hip hop duo Frankie Stew and Harvey Gunn’s recent album, “Smile” is the first single fromSidders’ own upcoming project, After H/Ours, and it all begins in East London.

Sidderswill be joined by Trinidadian artist, Yorke, and the launch will be a showcase of both alternative rap and neo-indie similar to the likes of Loyle Carner, Rejjie Snow and Bakar, alongside DJs to carry us into the later hours.

Expect vibrant melodies and soulful sonnets over hard-hitting instrumentals from backgrounds of jazz and neo-soul.

As the first step in a new chapter forSidders, this night will be one you don’t want to miss.
