About

About Paddington The Musical

Paddington The Musical at the Savoy Theatre brings Michael Bond's much-loved bear to the stage in a new production based on the award-winning films. Directed by Luke Sheppard, with original music and lyrics by Tom Fletcher and a book by Olivier Award-winner Jessica Swale, it follows Paddington as a small, lost bear from Peru who arrives in London looking for a home.

When Paddington meets the Brown family and settles into Windsor Gardens, the story follows the family as they decide what they are willing to risk when his life is suddenly in peril. The show places Paddington's journey alongside the world around him in London.

Key facts: Recommended for ages 6 and up. Guests aged 4-104 are welcome, but children under 4 are not permitted and babes in arms are not allowed.
