The London International Ska Festival 2024
The worlds longest running ska & reggae festival, founded in 1988, returns for it’s thirty-sixth year to London this coming Easter (Good Friday 29th and Saturday 30th March 2024) for a celebration of all things ska and it’s incredible evolution through rocksteady, reggae, dub, 2 Tone and beyond! And one wristband ticket gets you into all events!
This year the festival features four world exclusive events (and fringe events), headlined some of the greatest names of the genres; Massive Attack collaborator Horace Andy and fellow Studio One recording artist - Johnny Osbourne, roots reggae legends - Misty In Roots, reggae chartbusters - Dave Barker (of Dave & Ansel Collins), Barry Biggs (who’s immense hit Side Show is the only reggae song in the Top 100 selling singles of the 1970’s!) and Winston Groovy (Please Don’t Make Me Cry).
Plus the recently reformed 1980’s ska stars - Potato 5, UK reggae champions - Pama International, chart-toppers - Louchie Lou & Michie One, and Wrongtom Dub Show, alongside the hottest new acts on the scene and a phenomenal DJ line up.
All happening at iconic Camden Town venues; The Electric Ballroom and Dingwalls, and on the gorgeous Dixie Queen paddle seamer.
We hope you’ll be able to join us for those glorious celebration that annually attracts an audience from over a staggering 30 countries!
