About

Limited to only 200 tickets and more than likely their most intimate show, where else better to deliver one of the most exciting British acts, than in a corner of South London?

Children of Zeus is the neo-soul project from two of Manchester’s most respected artists; Konny Kon & Tyler Daley. Konny and Tyler have such great chemistry and have created their own unique style; one that effortlessly blends butter-smooth soul/R&B with upfront rap and hip-hop. Putting their most recent 'Balance' LP under the microscope - The record is 50 minutes of future-classic British soul music, encompassing hip hop, neo-soul, gospel and R&B. Kenny’s laidback flow once again merges with Tyler’s unmistakable buttery vocals across a set of bass-heavy backdrops and smoothed-out keys, taking the blueprint from their debut and evolving it into a deeper, more-refined sound. Most tracks are soaked in bass, but not in a glossy way that perhaps American counterparts lean on – there’s still a stripped-back mood that’s workmanlike, harking back to the years of Northern Soul when whole nightclub scenes emerged around the late 1960s/early 1970s soul boom.
