The Horse and Groom presents Soul on Wax the return party

Abi Clarke & J.P. return to the freshly refurbed Horse & Groom for the regular second Saturday Soul On Wax session, early arrival recommended 

Abi started her career in 1996 as a resident at a weekly night 'DO ME A FAVOUR' in London's West End playing a mix of soul, jazz funk, boogie and rare groove. This led to her own weekly nights at The Vibe Bar (Brick Lane) and Tongue and Groove (Brixton) as well as twice weekly gigs at The Cafe de Paris (VIP rooms) and The Met Bar. She has played as a guest DJ at numerous UK clubs including Balance with Gilles Peterson, Mind Fluid with Kevin Beadle, WarBox with Ashley Beedle, Destination Out with Ross Allen, 45 and Beyond with Dr Bob Jones, FAITH Mansion House party and It's So with Ronnie Herel to name but a few.
