Kinky Boots comes to the London Coliseum in spring 2026 in a brand-new production starring Strictly Come Dancing’s Johannes Radebe.

Winner of the Olivier Award for Best New Musical, Kinky Boots is based on an uplifting true story and the much-loved film. It features Tony and Grammy Award-winning music and lyrics by Cyndi Lauper, a book by Harvey Fierstein, and direction by Nikolai Foster.

When Charlie Price inherits his family’s failing shoe factory, he meets Lola, a drag queen with an unexpected answer. The show follows their attempt to save the business and is a celebration of friendship and individuality.

Key facts: The season runs for 17 weeks from March 2026. The role of Lola will be played by Tosh Wanogho-Maud on Thursday 26 March matinee, Friday 26 June, and all Monday performances from 6 April to 6 July.

No children under the age of 5 will be admitted to the auditorium. All relaxed performances and family friendly performances will only be sold via the box office.
