About Kinky Boots

Kinky Boots is at the London Coliseum in London. This multi-award-winning musical is running from March 2026 for a strictly limited 17-week season.

Based on an uplifting true story and a much-loved movie, the show follows Charlie Price, who inherits his family’s failing shoe factory and meets Lola, a larger-than-life drag queen with an unlikeliest-of-answers solution to help save the business.

The production features Tony and Grammy Award-winning music and lyrics by Cyndi Lauper, a book by Harvey Fierstein and direction by Nikolai Foster. It won the Olivier Award for Best New Musical.

Key facts: Kinky Boots runs for 17 weeks at the London Coliseum. A gala performance takes place at 3pm on 29 March, supporting WaterAid, with 100% of profits from ticket sales, once costs have been taken out, going to WaterAid.

No children under the age of 5 will be admitted to the auditorium.

No refunds or exchanges are available after purchase. Relaxed performances and family friendly performances are only sold via the box office.

Kinky Boots stars Strictly Come Dancing’s Johannes Radebe. The role of Lola will be played by Tosh Wanogho-Maud on Thursday 26 March matinee, Friday 26 June and all Monday performances from 6 April to 6 July.
