The venue was freezing and had to leave early as we were all so cold

Review of The Ultimate Whitney Houston Show

Unfortunately the heating system at the venue didn't seem to be working. They had brought in a calor gas heater but it had no effect on such an old building. We had to sit in winter coats all night

The gig was amazing probably the best singer in the UK absolutely incredible

Michelle Lawson is the most AMAZING, Wonderful Whitney Houston Tribute we have ever seen! We have seen Michelle 5 times and every time she just blows us away, with her singing and her emotion, we are all Big Whitney Fans and can't praise her enough!
BUT The VENUE was a disgrace!!! NO Heating, we Paid £40 to sit in a VIP Box, but we're told we couldn't sit there as it was to cold and we're put on a table with other people who had only paid £20!!!  We got a glass of Prosecco and that was it!!! I complained to Jay the host of the Bentley who said they only had 1 heater to heat the whole of the room! It was disgusting!! I had 2 ladies in my party, one of 80 and the other was 88 who were freezing!! They have a duty of care to these people but didn't seem interested at all! 
We sat for a while and watched Michelle in the first Half  and was assured the room would get warmer! It didn't! The big heater was turned off!!! We had no choice but to leave the venue! The Bentley were NOT very helpful at all! We asked for a full refund after paying £40 for a ticket, to be sat in a cold venue!!! 
We will DEFINATELY see a Michelle again we have no doubt about that, but NOT at The Bentley or any of there promotions!
