Celebrating O Brother: 25 Years of Timeless Music
Music Genres
Saturday 20th December | St Michael's in the Hamlet, Aigburth | 7:30pm
The Jesse Janes return for their final show of 2025, celebrating 25 years of the legendary Coen Brothers film O Brother, Where Art Thou?
Join the four-piece for a soul-stirring night of bluegrass, gospel, country and old-time Americana featuring songs from the beloved movie soundtrack, other timeless works by T Bone Burnett, and a sprinkling of Christmas classics to wrap up the year in harmony and good cheer.
A perfect festive night out - warm harmonies, foot-stomping tunes and community spirit in the stunning St Michael's Church in the Hamlet. This is a dry event, held in solidarity with those living with addiction - proof that joy, music, and connection don't need a drink in hand.
So wrap up warm, bring your friends and family, and step into Christmas with The Jesse Janes. The show finishes by 10pm, leaving plenty of time to wander over to Lark Lane for a nightcap or two.
Tickets are limited and this one-off event will sell fast. Come sing along, celebrate 25 years of O Brother, Where Art Thou?, and share in one final magical 2025 night with The Jesse Janes.
