Bright Town
Bright Town was born of five Liverpool-based songwriters and their shared love of vocal harmony and melodic interplay. Unsatisfied with the offerings of the local scene, they embarked upon a rigorous schedule of writing, recording and rehearsing during late 2020, aiming to create for themselves what they could not find elsewhere. Despite starting out as a recording project, the live band came together naturally during the recording of their debut self-titled EP and instantly began to make waves in the the city in the summer of 2021 - supporting Mick Head & The Red Elastic Band at a sold-out hometown show and attracting the interest of several local labels. The band followed this over the subsequent months with other sold out shows supporting the likes of Jamie Webster and Hushtones, an appearance at Sound City Festival, as well as a sell out headline show at The Kazimier.
