Although the bar itself is good and the servers are all pleasant and polite initial service started good, but as the evening progressed we waited at least 35/40 minutes to be served at our table when it was not busy enough to warrant the wait time, to the point where I had to go to the bar and ask to be served, now this wouldnât have bothered us if our server was busy with other tables etc but that was not the case, she was sat down at a table in front of us for over  40 minutes flirting with people with her back to us on more than one occasion, we normally leave good tips as our party work in the industry and have done for 25 years but we where not paying for poor service when there is already a service charge added, also the communication between the servers was terrible as if we hadnât of question our bill we would have been over charged by Â£50, this was not the second servers fault who took over our table at the end as the information hadnât been relayed to her. Again I state the servers are polite, happy and friendly itâs just to be in a venue for the length of time and not be able to get drinks is poor.
