The Back Room Leeds is a new venue situated under the railway bridge on Call Lane, in between Brooklyn Bar and Rock Bar. 1920's themed cocktail bar, club and event space with a modern twist. Fantastic range of world beers, Gins and Bourbon Whiskeys. Two different cocktails menus to suit all tastes, so whether its a Fruit Salad Martini in the downstairs 'Sweet Shop' or a Mint Julep in the upstairs 'Back Room' this large 500 capacity venue on Call Lane caters for all. Music policy at the weekends is Funk, Soul & Nu Disco, which can mean anything from Curtis Mayfield, Michael Jackson & Diana Ross to Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia & Daft Punk! Table & Guest list bookings are accepted. The concept originates from 1920's America during the prohibition. Alcohol’s popularity created a roaring trade for hundreds of illegal bars, known as ‘Speakeasies’. Here at the Back Room Leeds, we have created a little taste of the past & prohibition era.
