Calling all women of Leeds! Get ready to feel empowered and secure at our exclusive women’s-only Muay Thai self-defence class! 


Join us for an afternoon of learning important skills and building confidence in a supportive environment! 

Head down to the Boxing Balcony located in the Carnegie Sports Centre at Leeds Beckett university this May to experience an hour of training and educating all whilst having fun!!

In aid of Leeds Women’s Aid, we want to help you feel safer, no matter what situation you are in. Everyone deserves to walk with confidence! 

The money we raise and donations will go to this amazing charity to further help women like us!

There will also be a bake sale so make sure you don’t miss out on those yummy treats!!
