This venue isn't suitable for children. The majority of children's viewing was interrupted / blocked due to adults being in the way. 
The entertainment was great...but for what is really an event for children, consideration should have been give to whether or not the children could see. This spoiled enjoyment of an event that my children and friends were very excited about beforehand.

It was far too busy. Children couldn't see and were having to be carried or put on shoulders. It would have been far better if tables wee set up and tge kids could then go to the dance floor like at the xmas parties. 
The tick*ts were expensive, and disappointed in how it was. 
Also the que to get into the show was so long. Young children standing outside in the pouring rain wasn't great.

Way to crazy busy for a kids show!!! We could not move and kids couldn't see or dance! Certainly won't be doing g it again!

Absolute disgrace total chaos.  Merchandise queue snaking from back wall to twin doors entering the hall then straight down to stage and back up blocking everyone's entry into main stage area.  Far too many people in venue with kids unable to see show or move freely to dance about and enjoy themselfs.  We left after 10 mins as it was a crammed in even though we were at the back of venue.   Defineately poor venue choice.  We were not the only ones leaving and spone to many family's on way out and up the street that felt the same way as I did.  Total waiste of money for tick*ts and merchandise was all fake sweatshirts and T-shirts.  And severely overpriced for the tat that they had £25 for sweatshirt that I could have bought from shein for £4 and £15 for a torch.  I feel totally robbed

A lot of kids were unable to see the stage therefore a tiered seated venue would have been better. 3 hours for little children is a lot for standing only. The show itself was really good and we enjoyed

far too busy and very little consideration given to making this an enjoyable concert experience for kids. no children could see the stage. a seated area for adults would have easily rectified this. I also think fewer tickets should be allocated as it was overwhelming l busy - like a proper gig - for kids

Although my 8 year old granddaughter and her friend had a great time they were very upset that they couldn't see much of the performance, this impacted their enjoyment and participation to the point we left early which is sad as it was good. This was due to the amount of adults standing infront of her, which isn't the organisers fault but maybe trying to find a solution to this would make the experience more enjoyable for the smaller/ younger age group that it is aimed at.

Everything went well and we did enjoyed the event.

Definitely worth a visit.. the kids loved it .

Very nice my daughter had the best time for her first concert event!

Great event! My 4yo absolutely loved it. Really kid friendly and orientated. Lots of security and lost child points to help ease anxiety.
