Review of GirlyPop Live Xmas| Kasbah, Coventry

Our only criticism is that only disabled customers were able to use the balcony- if older children could have used the balcony then it would have made viewing the stage easier for smaller children. Many Parents had to pick their children up to see the stage.

The venue I would say is not very good for children. My child age 8 couldn't see anything due to parents and other children who were taller in front of us. It was too squashed to try and get to the front. I had to sit my child on the bar so she could see the acts. Outside area was a mess. Puddles from the rain and wet and slippy.

After speaking with yourself on the phone I write this email of complaint with great sadness as it's my daughters 7th birthday today as it has been ruined the venue was not child friendly at all water all over the floors and sick all over the toilets I appreciate this is the venues issues but when it comes to your side of the deal surely management should pre check venues to see if age appropriate which for sure this wasn't. 
I've took my daughter to these tribute shows before and have had an amazing time that's why for her birthday treat she saw your advertisement she was excited to have this day not even an hour in the place we have left and it took over 20th a to give and get our coats back if this is the venues for girly pop future then I insist you should re think age advistiment my 5 year old and today 7 year old are now crying in the back seat when I write this email.

The event was good. Having been to other venues the Kasbah was a let down. Toilets were no better than they were 20 yrs ago, the food vendors were basic, and parking for the event was difficult. The singers and dancers were amazing, but there certainly seemed something off. 

Jumping Jack Frost and 2 Bad Mice had absolutely brilliant sets!
