There are no pass outs at Where We Belong Festival at Canons Marsh Amphitheatre.

Yes, you must be 18+ to attend Where We Belong Festival. There will be a challenge-25 policy upon entry and at all bars, if you look younger than 25, please bring ID.

No food, drink or alcohol is permitted into the Where We Belong Festival area. There will be food and drink available to purchase on site. Free drinking water will be available. Bag-checks will be in place on entry.

Yes, you can bring a small bag into Where We Belong Festival, this will be searched upon entry (they class small bags as no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm). They do not allow large bags into the event.

Camping chairs and deckchairs are NOT permitted into Where We Belong Festival. Blankets, loungers, inflatable seating, gazebos, tables and other structures are also NOT permitted.

Any form of prescribed medication, or controlled drug will have to be pre-approved and documented for lawful use before attending Where We Belong Festival – for more information please email info@newvisionevents.co.uk. Unless this is clearly evidenced to the events team, this will not be allowed to be brought into the event.

Where We Belong Festival VIP Tickets includes fast track entry, Private Bar, Posh Loos & Access to elevated viewing point.

Tickets need to be purchased well in advance as Where We Belong Festival is anticipated to sell-out very quickly based on demand.

Unfortunately, once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable. – If in the unlikely event Where We Belong Festival cancels or changes date then you will be offered a refund.

Where We Belong Festival is an outdoor, open-air event. Please check the forecast beforehand to dress appropriately according to the weather. Please come prepared with whatever you need for the day as you cannot leave and re-enter the festival. No refunds will be provided due to unfavorable weather conditions.

To get to Where We Belong Festival, please follow directions for Canons Marsh Amphitheatre, this may also be referred to as Lloyds Amphitheatre or Bristol Amphitheatre on certain navigation systems - Once approaching the event site, please switch off your sat nav and follow directional event signage, event stewards will also be in position to guide you on to site safely.

There is no on-site event parking for Where We Belong Festival. However, there is nearby parking a short walk away from the venue, available at Millenium Square Car Park (Operated via Pay & Display) this cannot be pre-booked.

This is something that Where We Belong Festival are working on for now and will keep you updated if this becomes available.

A regulated Drop-off system with a one-way turning circle will be in place outside of Canons Marsh Amphitheatre for Where We Belong Festival.

There are no facilities to leave your vehicle on site after Where We Belong Festival ends, all vehicles must be recovered.
