Description

About the course

Relationships are generally so important to us but they can also be the most challenging area of our life.

On this course, you will learn how relationships start in our mind and how by changing our own mind, we can improve our experience of relationships.

You will discover the root of all painful states of mind such as possessiveness, insecurity, irritation, resentment, and hurt is our attachment and will learn meditation tools to overcome it.

This course will provide you with a series of tools you can use to recognise the difference between love and attachment and you will learn how to cultivate your love and reduce your attachment.

Everybody is welcome to attend regardless of experience. The course will consist of practical teachings and short guided meditations that will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve our ability to deal with stress.

On this course, you will learn how to:

  • Distinguish between love and attachment in your relationships
  • Increase your love and decrease your attachment
  • Develop a healthier attitude towards others

Everyone is welcome! Book now
