Cleverco is back once again with their illest behaviour at Hockley Social Club with a high-octane cabaret show brimming with talent to knock your socks right off!

After launching their show at Digbeth Dining Club way-back-when, they're taking the stage for a third time at our home in Hockley. Dishing up some of the finest talents on the UK cabaret scene, our audiences have been blown away by wax-pouring, balloon-popping deviants, stripteased dinosaurs, devilish dance qweens, and a magical keytar-playing rockstar…

Your next mad mélange of entertainment on Thursday 2nd May,will be hosted by Mr Clever and Shady de Femme, the dichotomous duo poised to take you on a journey through the wickedly weird and wildly wonderful.

Cleverco's head honcho, Mr. Cleveris a self-taught showbiz fool ready to tickle your wits and bring out the belly laughs with his eccentric comedy bones. From host general and quizmaster extraordinaire to treading the boards, now thoroughly washed out from the lack of fame and fortune - he's back, and this time it's for good or bad!

Shady de Femme is a performance artist and award-winning cabaret entertainer trained studiously in classical theatre and the art of the tease. Thespian, feminist and fabulous, roasting is her emcee game - the shade is nature and name. Highly skilled in all manners of captivation, she's filthy, good fun and here for the sauce!

Kicking off our next line-up with superstar gravitas is award-winning Dott Cotton, self-proclaimed international idiot and full-time fool. This once penniless street performer now hails as one of "London's premier clowns", featured on catwalks for Vivienne Westwood and music videos with Harry Styles and Adam Ant!

Hell-bent on filling the dancefloor will be acoustic rock and indie band The LivinTones. Founded by cousins Anthony (Vocals/Rhythm) and Neil (Lead Guitar), their unique spin on classics old and new will have you up on your feet faster you can say 'dance-break!'.

All the way from the capital city,Pat Elleis storming the stage with her exceptional brand of burlesque: Bollywood glamour with a touch of British cheek. Known as the Mistress of Spices but just like a delicious Bombay Mix, she's the perfect combination of sweet and spicy.

You'll also meet SLAYOMI, a seasoned pole and aerial arts professional. Brace yourselves for a captivating journey as our dancing diva presents distinctive tales of movement that'll transport you to the untamed Wild West and serve you plenty of cake!

Homegrown songstress Tara Chinn will share a soulful brew of Americana with splashes of Etta James, Amy Winehouse, Carole King and Stevie Nicks. She's guaranteed to soothe your spirits, performing original rootin' tootin' tracks and covers to sing along.

Last but in no way least, Blü Romantic, the Daddy of Birmingham drag, Kindest of Kings, DragIdol UK finalist, professional nuisance, and master of all things blue, will be raising the venue roof so high we've applied to the council for a permit.

Our fantastic food traders will be availablefrom 5pm until 7.15pm, with the performance kicking off at7.30pm. So, arrive early to get your fill of sumptuous street food, but remember to leave some room - it's cabaret capers for dessert!
