Lindisfarne Festival 2025 to go ahead - all tickets on Skiddle still valid

Saved by a new ownership group with original founder Conleth Maenpaa returning as Director, it promises an exciting and stable new chapter in the festival's life.

After recent uncertainty around its future, Northumberland’s Lindisfarne Festival is officially back on for its 10th-anniversary edition in 2025! Now under new ownership, with original founder Conleth Maenpaa stepping back in as director, the festival has been saved, and its pilgrims can look forward to the exciting new chapter ahead.

Conleth launched Lindisfarne in 2015, growing it into one of the UK's most respected and best-loved independent festivals. Speaking on its return, he said: “I'm absolutely delighted to be back. Lindisfarne Festival is in my heart, and I can't wait to welcome our pilgrims back to the Northumberland coast. The event has been saved, it's in very safe hands, and we've got an exciting future ahead of us. In turbulent times for the industry, this is one story with a happy ending. We'll be bringing Lindisfarne Festival back to the level it deserves to be at.”

All existing tickets purchased via Skiddle remain fully valid! The festival will also be releasing news on how to get your tickets if you haven’t already very soon! 

The 10th-Anniversary lineup includes an eclectic mix of legends and rising stars, featuring headliners like Armand Van Helden, Doves, The Waterboys, and Jamie Webster, along with standout names such as Hawkwind, The Fratellis, The Lottery Winners, and Scouting For Girls.

Set upon the picturesque Beal Farm on the Northumberland coast - Less than an hour away from Edinburgh & Newcastle, but a world away from reality - Lindisfarne Festival remains a hedonistic haven of escapism. Hundreds of acts, over 8 unique stages, a genre-hopping mishmash of must-see performances, and all set in the UK’s best-kept secret festival location overlooking Holy Island!
