No doubt you'll find 19 year olds on the site telling you the music was life changing but that's only because they've nothing to compare it to. Rest assured, the music was dire, why the dj had his name in lights ill never quite understand. If it were me churning out hours and hours of generic beats with no balls I'd have demanded an alias on a dimmer switch. The most popular part of most clubs these days is the chillout area, with the dancefloor relegated to third place after the toilets. Nobody seemed to be dancing, a listless bob was the order of the evening. Anyone crazy enough to break out into a dance was treated to a some disdainful stares until they pulled themselves together. Clubbing is dying a slow death to a dreary soundtrack. People who want to constipate venues with drugs that make you dull and unfriendly like coke or ket should go back to the violence strewn bar scene and let the rest of us attempt the necessary salvage mission. | ||||||||||||||

Every set was down right mind blowing, just couldn't rap my head around how amazing the line-up and music was. To tell the truth I was expecting the post 'Number 1 Club In The World' to be a lot more lavish and it seemed to be underconstruction, but none the less it was still an amazing place, good people and good vibes. Got the at 10pm and left at 6am it was that amazing! Drinks more moderately priced and entry price was pretty good. I would definitely do it all again if the same line-up or similiar appeared. . . it should be a regular event, every year or less :D Big shame though is the amount of people that turned up, it may of been a good thing because it wasn't crowded. . . but. . . come on with a line-up like that :| Thanks Just Skank you are amazing!! | ||||||||||||||

Absolutely amazing line-up! Bass was Proper banging!! The Venue was big, spacey, well airconditioned, with a massive smoking area which you didtn't have to que for (for once!). Except for the bouncers being quite rude in general, the rest of the staff were real friendly, and so were the ravers!! Definately would recommend this club to all! Even though i have never smelt a worse combination of vomit, fart and ketamine at any venue :D For the price, i'd go again and again. So all in all, Massive Big up!!! | ||||||||||||||

E-ticketing was a bit confusing for everyone (batted from one entrance to the other). Some Glam girls weren't too happy queuing up in the drizzling rain after hours of preening themselves. But this is Manchester, and they got on with it! A group from out of town had a mix-up with the guest list but all was sorted eventually. Really impressed with the latest revamp & makeover. Great main room sound system, generally not too loud, even next to the main speakers. Bar area sound system needs work, the top end lacked sparkle, but again not overly loud, and it does the job fine. Good to take a break from the main room with compatible & contrasting DJ's. I caught 3 or 4 DJ's doing their stuff in the bar area, all with superb technical skills and great sets. Friendly staff outside and in, but a strict well-enforced door policy from what I could see. If Manchester Printworks & Yates is your thing, you seriously aren't welcome, thank g*d. Good effort from the 'glass' collectors keeping the place tidy all night, but be fair, expect it's going to get a bit messy in the main room. Friendly punters - you're dancing and people want to hi-5 & shake your hand. Just how it's meant to be. People there for the music, the atmosphere, and the party together. The true clubbers' experience. Full marks to the lad about 1/3rd of my age who kept telling me how much of a legend Kerri Chandler was, and how much of an old c**t I was. Right on both counts, nice one! Well done Sankeys & Kaluki, thanks. Gutted I missed the Polish girls, I think... | ||||||||||||||
