Quite where to begin is beyond me,doors open at 7? Nope arrived at quarter past still shuttered up,finally got in at around half past,champagne was passable but waited nearly 40 minutes for the canapés,ordered starter warm duck and noodle salad...appears noodles were an optional extra,main course little better,didn't find any pancetta or stuffing in my chicken,partners steak was mainly gristle,dessert was nice but by the time it arrived tables around us were complaining a plenty,poor couple next to us gave up and left,bar service was chaos,the half eleven. ****tail arrived a year too late,no champagne voucher and the fun casino was far too late into the evening,midnight countdown missed,when we finally managed to get to the taxi it miraculously pressed the wrong button and charged us £7.00 more than the allowed amount....but on a brighter note Sian the general manager you were brilliant thank you...

Chaos not even the Mayans predicted

The bar was excellent. However the casino was not up to scratch as many people were complaining. We were approaching 12 midnight and there was no countdown. Doing a countdown 15 minutes later is not acceptable. The purpose of news years is to bring in the new year... and we late.

we arrived at 8pm, it took 3 complaints and an hour and a half to get the canapes, starters came not long after.  By 10.30 there was still no sign of our mains so we gave up and went and got a burger from a take away before heading on to a club.
