Yam Who? is the internationally known alter ego of the disco producer Andy Williams and the man behind Midnight Riot, named one of the most influential disco labels of the decade. He has been a fixture on club and festival line ups around the globe for over a decade including regular slots at Glitterbox, Lovebox, Ministry Of Sound, Horse Meat Disco and Love International. And he’s featured on some of the best line ups known to clubbing man alongside Greg Wilson, Joey Negro, Melvo Baptiste, Tiger & Woods, Purple Disco Machine & Danny Krivit.

Jaegerossa/Platinum City) Phil Rose is an acclaimed DJ, chart-topping producer and festival promoter who has been making waves in the disco and dance music scene for over a decade.

Phil co-runs Midnight Riot alongside record label founder Yam Who? and has been instrumental in shaping the sound and direction of one of the world’s most-loved disco labels with hundreds of releases on vinyl and digital. As well as co-running a hugely influential label, Phil is also a renowned producer. Working under the names Jaegoerossa, Platinum City and Love Doves with Yam Who?, he’s had multiple hit singles and gained support from industry heavyweights like Dave Lee, Groove Armada, The Reflex and Purple Disco Machine.

His Platinum City smash-hit ‘Change’ was featured on the same Glitterbox stream by Melvo and Horse Meat Disco, while ‘Nothing But the Music’ reached No. 1 on the Traxsource genre charts. And alongside label partner Yam Who?He's released on Z Records, Midnight Riot, Black riot, Quantize, and had a Traxsource Funk No.1 with guest vocalist Suki Soul. His latest single “side of soul” was a show opener for Jamie Jones hot robot radio 083 - and is being supported globally by the likes of Purple Disco Machine, Claptone, Dave Lee ZR and Young Pulse amongst several other premier league DJ’s. 

As a DJ, Phil has played at various events across Europe, including headlining Standon Calling’s Groove Garden, The Lofts, Stardust, Festival No.6, ADE and Alfresco Festival. He’s also held down several prestigious residencies including much-loved Newcastle disco hotspot Hoochie Coochie and at the stunning The Refuge in Manchester for the past five years. And as a promoter, he’s the man behind party series Edit, Northern festival favourite Disco In The Park and programmes events at The Refuge’s Come As You Are parties and at Ibiza’s stunning Malanga venue. More recently, he’s also curated and played at the two-day Scottish House & Disco Festival alongside Greg Wilson and Craig Charles. 2023 has seen his track - side of soul - supported across the Dj spectrum with Jamie Jones opening his radio show with the track. His track “Richards gear” was supported by the likes of Dave Lee in and horse meat disco and was played by mark knight on kiss - with gigs across Europe including Switzerland, Ibiza, Holland and Paris -playing at young pulses own party.
