Allow yourself to be immersed in sound from ethereal crystal bowls, and Himalayan bowls, soothing drums, a wonderful handheld gong, and enchanting chimes. Comfort is key, you can bring a yoga mat or for a more relaxing experience a foam mat, airbed/lilo, or a garden recliner pad. Bring along pillows and blankets as well.
