Chocolate Making and Prosecco

This Chocolate event will take place in the lovely setting of the Wild Mint Cafe, tucked away towards the back of the hidden gem that is Golden Days Garden centre in Appley Bridge, Wigan WN6 8RS.

Beginning with a chocolate tasting, chocolate flake demonstration and moving on to creating your own flavoured centres and decorating your creations before taking them home in beautiful packaging.

This workshop is packed with tips, advice, hands on fun, and lots of opptortunities to sample amazing chocolate. This will be a truly fun and memorable experience. A great gift for Mother's day, Easter or shared experience with a loved one.

Course contents:

• Welcome and glass of Prosecco 
• Chocolate Tasting (Good vs Bad chocolate) 
• Melting chocolate the professional way
• Demonstration of Chocolate Flake
• Making Ganache
• Adding ingredients and essential oil (design your own)
• Shaping

Break - (20mins)

• Tempering techniques 
• Piping styles
• Dipping
• Packaging ideas

At the end you should leave with between 20 to 30 uniquely flavoured chocolates designed completely by you.
