About

This course is suitable for anyone with an interest in Mental Health First Aid and provides learners with the knowledge to identify suspected mental health conditions as well as the skills to start a conversation and be able to signpost a person towards professional help.

A range of First Aid for Mental Health related subjects are covered in this workshop including:
• What is First Aid for Mental Health?
• Identifying mental health conditions 
• Providing advice and starting a conversation 
• Stress 
• Mental health conditions 

Duration: 3 hours

Light refreshments will be provided free of charge throughout the morning.

This course is delivered by a professional and qualified trainer and although the course is not accredited, you will receive a certificate of attendance.
