A cooking experience unlike any other in the North-West and a must for any meat-eating foodie, The Wild Grill Experience invites attendees to unleash their inner grill master while celebrating farm-to-table living and quality local produce.
With acres of idyllic valley views to soak in, and a steady stream of charcuterie and drinks from local Cheshire producers throughout the session, our master butcher and grill chef take Wild Grillers through a series of guided meat prep and cookery masterclasses including:

- Introduction to Meat & Sausage Seasoning
- Sausage-Making Demo & Competition
- Exploration of Five Flame Cooking Methods
- Guided Grill Session
- The Big Feast at the Nordic Tipi Long Table
Armed with tips and tricks from the pros, grillers will try their hand at butchering and seasoning large cuts of meat, concocting and filling their own signature sausages and cooking up their meats at the five flame cooking stations; the sword/spit grill, the nonagon hanging grill, the "Big Daddy' trailer smoker, the Open Coal Pit and the Ceramic Egg Smoker.
And for a final celebratory flourish, grillers are invited to join their course-mates and tutors in the fully decked out nordic tipi, for a long-table feast of all the meats introduced at their experience, plus a selection of tasty sides prepared by the grill chef.
Our local heroes bar is open throughout, where you can pick up beers, ales and soft drinks from Cheshire breweries.
