Tez Ilyas

In 2015 Ilyas achieved phenomenal success with his debut stand up hour TEZ Talks. A sell out run at the Soho Theatre and his own Radio 4 series based on the show followed, with a second series quickly being recommissioned. In 2016 his highly anticipated follow up show Made in Britain went on to sell out every single performance (including extra shows) at the Edinburgh Fringe and gained spectacular critical acclaim, with a smash hit nationwide tour in 2017. His third showTeztifyonce again delivered a spectacularly powerful, provocative and brilliantly funny hour of topical stand up, delivering to packed out audiences night after night.

Rob Mulholland

Yorkshireman and stand up comedian Rob Mulholland is known for his intricately woven, gag-packed stories. After reaching the finals of the prestigious Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year competition, he went on to win English Comedian of the Year.

Rob performs regularly in comedy clubs all over the UK, as well as in Holland and Norway, and has taken several solo shows to the Edinburgh Festival. Having supported Paul Chowdhry, Nick Helm and Gary Delaney on tour, he has also become a regular feature on the iconic touring show Panel Beaters.

A writer for Mock the Week (BBC Two), he has performed on BBC Radio 4 Extra and can be seen on BBC iPlayer’s Comedians’ Rap Battles.

Mike Newall

Stockport lad, now based in Manchester, Mike Newall is a charming and laid-back comedian with well-crafted jokes and a wonderful dry delivery. This is observational comedy at its best with razor sharp timing combined with a keen sense of dark sarcasm.

He most recently appeared onBritain’s Got Talentwhere he impressed the judges so much thatSimon Cowellsaid..it was like an Oasis concert where the music ran out and Liam decides to tell a few jokes!

In 2010 he performed his firstEdinburgh FringeShowMr Famousfollowed in 2011 with his showMike Newall’s Get Better Box

That same year he headlined the prestigiousBig Value Comedyearly show then returned in 2013 with his showSix Weddings.

In 2013 he was personally asked to be the support act forAlun Cochrane’s 2012-2013 Moments of Alun tour.

In 2016 & 2017 Mike took two more shows to the Fringe;High on GravyandDesert Boot-leg Island Disks.

In 2019 his brand new Edinburgh show titledMike Newall: Re:Newallreceived rave reviews.

Manchester has had more than its fair share of comedy heritage over the years, he is without doubt the latest smooth talking, globetrotting Manc export and could even go on to become the greatest. Mike has that rare knack of being like the boy the next door but with huge star quality. He’s like your best, most humorous friend – only funnier!

Adam Beardsmore

Adam is a West Midlands comic gigging up and down the UK. He has performed onRadio 4 Extraas part of the BBC New Comedy Awards in 2018 & 2019 as well as being nominated for Birmingham Breaking Talent Awards. Originally hailing from Staffordshire, he made his stand-up debut in 2017 after a friend signed him up for an open mic night, and has since taken part in the BBC New Comedy Award 2018. Among his inspirations are Ross Noble, Bill Burr,“as well as endless Billy Connolly videos that I watched from far too young an age.”
