We aim on announced fixtures to open the pub before departure as we offer breakfast from our kitchen to fuel before you travel. Children welcome at the same price.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all away travel organised by The Old Post Office, Burslem ("The Organiser"). By purchasing a ticket and travelling with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking.
1.2 A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
1.3 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.
1.4 Coach travel does not include admission to the football match unless explicitly stated.
2.1 Passengers must arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the advertised departure time.
2.2 The coach will depart at the advertised time.
2.3 The coach cannot wait for late passengers under any circumstances.
2.4 If you miss the departure, you will be responsible for arranging your own travel. No refund will be given.
3.1 The departure time for the return journey will be confirmed by the driver or trip organiser before leaving the stadium.
3.2 It is the passenger's responsibility to return to the coach on time.
3.3 The coach will not wait for late passengers.
3.4 Any passenger left behind will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own journey home.
4.1 All bookings are non-refundable.
4.2 Once your booking has been confirmed, your seat has been reserved and contributes towards the cost of hiring the coach. Refunds will therefore not be issued if you are unable to travel for any reason, including but not limited to:
Illness or injury.
Personal circumstances.
Missing the departure time.
Deciding not to attend.
Being unable to obtain a match ticket.
4.3 If you are unable to travel, you may contact The Organiser to request permission to transfer your booking to another person. Any transfer is entirely at the Organiser's discretion.
4.4 If a football fixture is postponed, rearranged or cancelled, coach travel bookings remain non-refundable. Where possible, bookings may be transferred to the rearranged fixture, subject to availability. This policy is necessary because coach hire and associated operating costs are incurred regardless of whether the fixture takes place.
4.5 If The Old Post Office cancels the coach due to insufficient passenger numbers or operational reasons before coach hire costs have been incurred, passengers will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer their booking to another away trip.
5.1 Away travel is subject to sufficient demand.
5.2 The Old Post Office reserves the right to cancel any trip where fewer than 75% of the available seats have been booked or where the journey is otherwise deemed financially unviable.
5.3 The decision to proceed with or cancel any trip rests solely with The Old Post Office.
6.1 The Organiser reserves the right to:
Change the size or type of vehicle.
Use an alternative coach operator.
Alter seating arrangements.
Change departure locations within reasonable distance if necessary.
7.1 Our away travel is intended to provide a welcoming, enjoyable and family-friendly environment for supporters of all ages.
7.2 Passengers must:
Treat fellow passengers, staff and drivers with respect.
Follow all reasonable instructions given by staff or the driver.
Respect the coach and its facilities.
7.3 The following behaviour will not be tolerated:
Excessive drunkenness.
Aggressive or abusive behaviour.
Racism, sexism, homophobia or discrimination of any kind.
Fighting or threatening behaviour.
Hooliganism.
Illegal drug use.
Smoking or vaping on the coach.
Criminal damage.
Behaviour likely to place the safety or enjoyment of others at risk.
7.4 Anyone whose behaviour is considered unacceptable may:
Be refused boarding.
Be removed from the coach.
Be reported to the police.
Be banned from future travel.
Be barred from The Old Post Office.
No refund will be issued.
8.1 Alcohol may only be consumed where permitted by law and the coach operator.
8.2 Anyone considered excessively intoxicated before departure may be refused travel without refund.
8.3 The Organiser reserves the right to confiscate or refuse alcohol where necessary to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers.
9.1 Passengers under the age of 16 must travel with a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
9.2 Parents and guardians remain responsible for children throughout the journey.
10.1 Seats are allocated on a first booked, first served basis unless otherwise advised.
10.2 Specific seats cannot be guaranteed.
10.3 The Organiser reserves the right to alter seating arrangements where necessary.
11.1 Each passenger may bring one small bag or backpack together with normal matchday belongings.
11.2 Large luggage may only be carried with prior agreement.
11.3 Aisles and emergency exits must remain clear at all times.
12.1 Food and soft drinks are permitted unless otherwise advised.
12.2 Passengers must dispose of rubbish responsibly.
12.3 Anyone causing deliberate damage or excessive mess may be charged for cleaning or repairs.
13.1 Passengers are responsible for any deliberate or negligent damage caused to the coach.
13.2 The Organiser reserves the right to recover the full cost of repairs or cleaning from the person responsible.
14.1 Arrival and return times are estimates only.
14.2 The Organiser accepts no responsibility for delays caused by:
Traffic congestion.
Road closures.
Weather conditions.
Vehicle breakdown.
Police or emergency services.
Football fixture changes.
Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15.1 Passengers travel at their own risk.
15.2 The Organiser accepts no responsibility for:
Lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
Missed kick-off due to circumstances beyond our control.
Missed onward travel arrangements.
Additional accommodation or travel costs.
Any losses resulting from postponed, cancelled or rearranged football fixtures.
Any consequential financial loss.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where this would be unlawful.
16.1 Coach travel does not include a match ticket unless specifically stated.
16.2 It is each passenger's responsibility to purchase and hold a valid match ticket.
16.3 Passengers refused entry to the stadium remain entitled to travel home on the coach but will not receive a refund.
17.1 Any lost property recovered from the coach will be retained where possible.
17.2 The Organiser cannot guarantee recovery of lost items.
18.1 Photographs and videos may be taken during away trips for promotional purposes.
18.2 By travelling with us, passengers consent to the reasonable use of these images unless they notify us before departure.
The Organiser shall not be liable where travel cannot proceed or is disrupted due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, industrial action, government restrictions, pandemics, terrorism, road closures or other unforeseen events.
20.1 The Old Post Office reserves the right to refuse or cancel any future booking from any individual whose behaviour is considered unacceptable.
20.2 This includes, but is not limited to:
Abuse, threats or harassment towards staff, volunteers, drivers or other passengers.
Abusive, offensive or defamatory comments made in person or on social media.
Repeated breaches of these Terms & Conditions.
Behaviour likely to damage the reputation of The Old Post Office or jeopardise future away travel.
20.3 Any decision to refuse future bookings shall be at the sole discretion of The Old Post Office.
The Old Post Office reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest published version will apply to all future bookings.
By purchasing a ticket, every passenger confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agrees to comply with them throughout the journey.
