Comedy Night

Funhouse Comedy Club returns to Foxlowe Arts Centre, Leek on Thursday June 4th for a laughter packed night.

Topping the bill is the dynamic, award-winning musical comedian and songwriter Friz Frizzle known for his fast-paced, crowd-interactive performances, individual anecdotes and speedily delivered song parodies on piano and guitar.

Opening the night will be the delightful, fast-paced and original Harriet Dyer who has appeared on 'Live at The Apollo' and 'The Russell Howard Hour', with her wacky, but true tales of life before she became a stand-up. Putting across the truth in her accounts, she connects with the audience making the stories funny. Often going off at a tangent to include the audience, she then spins it back in her whimsical way.

Also appearing is Mike Carter with his amusing stories on a variety of subjects.

Completing the line-up will be the unique and bizarrely talented Roger Swift, with his laugh a minute gags!
 
Compere for the night is the cheeky, chatty Dave Twentyman, who puts a big smile on everyone's face. Talking a lot about the subjects closer to home such as family life and friends.
