Satchmos Reunion 2024!

The party that never gets old! A celebration of the club we called home for a decade! Prepare yourself for a trip down memory lane with all things funky house, filtered disco, soulful garage grooves and French touch funkiness! 

it’s been 16 years since Satchmos closed its doors and not a year goes by that we don’t spare a thought for that very special time, place and most importantly, the friends that made that place what it was 1998-2008 ❤️

We can’t withhold our excitement any longer! 2 incredible guest DJ’s for your enjoyment at our annual Satchmos Reunion this year and they don’t come anymore fitting than these 2 guys!

First up is the inimitable Grant Nelson! Some of the biggest funky house records at Satchmos were the handy work of this guy, not to mention his remixes of Jamiroquai - Too young To Die, James Ingram - Ya Mo Be There and arguably one of the era’s biggest anthems, Solu Music - Fade!

Our other headliner for those that attended Satchmo’s is our boy Will Bailey! Will is without doubt one of the biggest success stories of the Satchmos era where he played for us regularly as he was starting out in his DJ career. He’s also quite handy in the studio too! 😉 If you’re wondering whatever happened to Will, well those that know will tell you he’s done alright for himself 😜 but we thought it particularly fitting for him to come and play a bunch of funky house classics as this is a really big deal for us to get him to come and play a set of his faves that probably won’t be repeated ❤️

Obviously the real stars of the show are the residents who entertained you week in, week out but we know you already know that 😝😅

All jokes aside, we’re set for a very special day and night, we’re absolutely bursting with excitement!
