Yin Yoga
Stretch from head to toe in this Yin Yoga class giving our bodies plenty of time to relax and lengthen. In Yin Yoga poses are done from cold and you very gently and slowly enter the pose using time and breathe to go deeper and deeper into the posture.

The Soul Surgeon
Ashleigh specialises in womb, trauma, and fertility healing and massage. The theme of her work is feminine empowerment through coaching, embodiment, healing, and shadow work. As a multidimensional healer, Ashleigh also helps with past life healing and connecting to the Akashic records for clarity.

Sacred Dance Therapy
Combines movement, breath, and healing meditation. Working with the chakra’s, the elements and the Archetypes to journey deep within to reclaim our power.

Pilates
Working on core strength, balance and stability. This class is designed to tone the whole body working on hips, spine and strengthening the whole body working on alignment and posture.
