There was a long queue at bar no spirits allowed to be served at events only wine and tins served in plastic mugs or small champagne flutes one card machine for 2 staff need more staff at these events bingo caller but confusing not a great selection of food over priced food and drink not an enjoyable evening at all

I think there were more dancers than anything and what you advertised. I thought there was five men. And there was only three men a bit of false advertising Enjoy the night, but not what I thought it would be.

Great evening with the girls. Definitely recommend MDM they were great entertainment. The bingo before hand very rushed. If the venue are going to hold these events they need better bar provision. Waiting half hour in a queue for a drink is ridiculous..... bingo actually started before everybody was served and seated....

The actual bingo and event was good fun, however the venue was not so great. They accepted us paying full price without informing us that due to paying for the event the bingo is discounted. We found this out after and had to get a refund. We also had this when we attended a previous event and due to only finding out at last nights event, 10 of our group paid full price for the bingo as well as paying for the previous event. I feel at the till, they need to ask if you've paid for the event to inform you if you are entitled to discounted bingo. I feel mislead and out of pocket. Also, the queue for drinks/food and the bingo is very slow. They need more staff at the busy times. Last night our group of 12 had a meal at a restaurant before we came as at the previous event they ran out of food and only 2 of our group got to eat. This led to a very hungry and drunk group of people. I feel that the venue knows how many tickets are sold for an event, so should plan accordingly.

Not happy as some people paid for tickets and some people just came for bingo but was aloud to stay for the event witch is wrong as we had to pay for tickets

I didn't actually make it to the evening but friends did and left almost straight away. Apparently the drinks were overly expensive, you had to go in and come back out mid way and the staff said they were under staffed. We got bogof tickets and still had to pay £11 each yet nearer to the date they were even cheaper.
