'TAKE ME BACK' DAY PARTY 3PM - 10PM Shrewsbury - Club Classics

TAKE ME BACK is THE DAY PARTY bringing you those Classic House, Hip Hop and UKG tracks that defined a generation. ❤️ 

Think of all the classics from legendary record labels - Defected, Strictly Rhythm Records, Ministry of Sound, Subliminal and Def Jam Records.

 
Bringing the vibes are local DJs Freshwest and Hockley Rebel DJ + a guest DJs Dan Anderton (Libertine & Loopy Shrew) and George Sutton (Salopian) at the hottest cocktail bar in Shrewsbury  - Century. This will be the perfect setting to Take you Back and dance away to those club classics. If you from out of town you can easily get there and back on the train as the venue is 10 minute walk from the station. Further details below.  
 
The Venue - Century 
 
Newly opened Century is the hottest cocktail bar in town. We have exclusive use of the whole venue and comes with a number of high end booths, seating areas, two bars and most importantly the perfect dance floor.   
 
This is a DAY PARTY starting at 3pm and will continue until 10pm, so you can be tucked up in bed all fresh for Sunday. However, there is the option of a free afterparty at the adjacent Havana Cocktail Bar until the early hours.  
 
Ticket prices 
 
1st release tickets now on sale at just £7, then standard release at £10.  
 
Dress code 
 
Smart and stylish. No caps, sports wear or bubble trainers. Dress to impress at this exclusive summer time event! Smart shorts are accepted.  
 
Professional photographer will be available most of the event taking photos of everyone dancing away at their best. These will posted on the ‘Take me Back! Events SY1’ Facebook page.  
 
Saturday 15th June 3pm - 10pm (Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, SY2 6AE). Note last entry is 5:30pm.  
 
Travel 
 
Century is 10 minute walk from Shrewsbury train and the event finishes with enough time for most people to get the last train home if they live outside Shrewsbury.
