Info
We are very excited to announce the first in what will be a monthly folk session, upstairs int' Attikk of Hagglers!
Every month, we will be inviting some of sheffields finest folk artists for a super intimate evening of music and conversation.
We'll be getting nice and cosy in the Attikk and celebrating everything we love about folk, and kicking us off in March we have two acts that are synonomus with folk in sheffield.
Acts
Lucy & Hazel
Headlining our first ever Attikk Session will be the indominable Lucy and Hazel! Perfect for lovers of harmony, empowerment and jokes, also perfect for haters of capitalism and the patriarchy.
These "queer sheffield babes" smash it out the park with their unique brand of feminist, anti-capitalist folk, equal parts humour, harmony and rage.
Jack Weston
First on for the evening will be Jack Weston (previously Kid Conventional) with his absolute butter voice, with songs ranging from loss and heartbreak, to being present in nature, and roses along the beautiful Yorkshire coast.
His releases have been met with much acclaim, having featured on BBC Introducing and other reputable outlets, with his most recent single re-wilding, drawing inspiration from both nature and his own life.
