About

THE SOUTHERN ROCK BAND

The band first came together in the 1970s, founded by four lifelong friends united by a deep passion for American music. What began as a shared love for playing and creating soon evolved into a lasting musical journey spanning decades. Rooted in tradition yet driven by creativity, their sound continues to honour the spirit of their beginnings while embracing the energy of today.

Over the past year, THE SOUTHERN ROCK BAND have taken this sound into some of the UK's most respected live rooms, including the 02 Ritz Manchester, Holmfirth Picturedrome and The Docks Academy Grimsby just to name a few.

They have also worked alongside Thin Lizzy legend, Eric Bell, Status Quo bassist, rhino Edwards, Paul Young, and Nashville songwriter Brian Grilli, a collaborator with Blackberry Smoke and a contributor to the hit US TV series Sons of Anarchy, just to name a few.
