Plungington Community Centre

Plungington Community Centre is set in the University Quarter of Preston just outside the city centre. The former school building is a central hub providing a range of activities and entertainment for people of all ages. We believe that everyone in the community should have local access to affordable activities that improve health and wellbeing and reduce social isolation. The centre has a large hall, including a stage, and a number of smaller rooms, all available for hire by community groups. Our new community centre café, Café Emmanuel, offers a warm and friendly environment for people to meet and share a coffee and a snack. The café also provides volunteer opportunities for people wanting to learn new skills or give something back to the community. We are always looking for groups and individuals that can offer something new to the community or just need a space for an event or meeting!
