Country & Western Events Festival

Saddle Up Kettering, Country & Western Events is bringing their festival to the The Bell for a day a country fan will not only love, but never forget🤠🇺🇲

A fun day for all the family will see the 7 peice Europe's No1 tribute to Zac Brown Band performing the ever popular Chicken Fried, Roots, Homegrown, From Now On & all the rest of their biggest hits.

Joining them will be the one & only Billy Bubba King who is renowned for getting you up dancing & singing along to all of the popular country songs from old to modern. Billy Bubba is known UK wide for his talent & you wont be disappointed when this guy is on the big stage.

Tom Wilson, a stunnung acoustic country artist will be hitting the stage too performing songs from Luke Combs, Tyler Childers, Zach Bryan, Eric Church, Johnny Cash & many more. Tom is an independant country artist with hits already under his belt & due to demand, will soon be touring throughout the UK🤠🇬🇧

Kay 'D' is a female country artist & hugely popular on the country scene. Kay is no stranger to big audiences & she will have you up dancing during her set performing all the big female hits with her infamous acoustic guitar🤠🕺💃

Line Dancing💃🕺 We have not one, but two talented & super fun line dancers who will be teaching y'all some fun & easy line dancing through out the day. Saz King from Dance Revolution & Claire from Boot66 will make it great fun for everyone so join in & have a great time as you dance to country music🇺🇲

DJ Saz King will be playing country hits from the 90's right through to modern day songs inbetween our featured artists are entertaining you. Saz King is such a talented country DJ & loves a big crowd to play to💃🤠

Ammusements - There will be lots of things to do during the day from having a go at being our Rodeo Bull champion*, tin can alley & dance offs too for all the family to have fun with💃🕺🐂➰️

Stalls - There will be lots of stalls on the day if you fancy some retail therapy, including our own official merch stand where you can purchase memorabilia, western belt buckles, trucker caps, cowboy hats, western jewellery & much more.

Food & Drink - You wont go hungry or thirsty at this festival as there will be plenty of American & British style food vendors as well as large bars to keep the queues to a minimum.

Toilets - We pride ourselves on having the cleanest toilets ever at a festival. We will have a sufficient amount of loo's for everyone & cleaners tending to each toilet to ensure you're using what will seem a brand new loo everytime.

Security & Safety - As well as making your big day a special & memorable one, your safety is of upmost importance to us, so we will have a full team of security as well as a medical team incase needed at any time.

All in all, Country & Western Events, in association with The Bell, Little Addington, will give you an amazing day out listening to the best country music, line dancing & having a good ole hoe down you'll never forget🤠🇺🇲🇬🇧

T&C's - No food or drink will be allowed to be brought into the festival grounds. Sealed bottled water is however permitted.

1. General Terms 1.1. By purchasing a ticket to Country & Western Events Festival, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions as set by Country & Western Events. 1.2. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Tickets 2.1. Tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-amendable. 2.2. Tickets must be purchased in advance; no tickets will be sold at the event gates. 2.3. Admission to the event requires a valid ticket & not to be screen shots. Screen shots of tickets will be classed as void & will be rejected at the entrance. 2.4. Country & Western Events operates under a Challenge 25 policy-guests appearing under 25 years of age will be required to show valid photo ID upon buying alcohol or adult items. 2.5. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult ticket holder.

3. Event Policies 3.1. The festival will proceed in all weather conditions; no refunds will be issued due to adverse weather. 3.2. The promoter reserves the right to: • Amend the event lineup at their discretion. • Alter the timing of performances, facilities, or lineup without liability to the ticket holder. 3.3. If the event is cancelled by the promoter, guests will be offered an alternative event to attend. Booking fees are non-refundable. 3.4. The promoter, or their agents, reserve the right to refuse entry or enforce eviction from the festival site without liability or refund.

4. Admission Requirements 4.1. Admission is subject to search; refusal to comply with a search may result in denial of entry. 4.2. Possession of prohibited items may lead to refusal of entry or involvement of law enforcement. 4.3. Prohibited items are not permitted within the festival gates.

5. Alcohol and Re-Entry 5.1. Heavily intoxicated guests due to drugs or alcohol will be denied entry. Anyone found to be heavily intoxicated due to alcohol or drugs during the event will be removed from the premises without further warnings.

6. Liability 6.1. Country & Western Events is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries sustained during the festival, except as required by law. 6.2. The event is held subject to the appropriate licenses from relevant authorities.

7. Personal Data 7.1. Personal information collected during ticket purchases, applications, or registrations is controlled by Wild Promotions Limited. 7.2. Data will be used only for the specified purposes made clear at the time of collection. 7.3 All personal data is handled in compliance with relevant data protection laws.

8. Guest Responsibilities 8.1. Guests are responsible for verifying festival gate opening times. Arrivals outside of operating hours will not be facilitated, and no refunds will be provided. Last entries will be 6pm. 8.2. Guests are expected to respect the festival policies and staff. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.
