Glaswegian composer Marco Cafolla (with Saxophonist Konrad Wiszniewski) formed Mama Terra and signed to legendary London label Acid Jazz Records. Their latest album 'The Summoned' - which launched last year at the world famous Ronnie Scott's in London to a sold out room - is a conceptual journey through life and the universe - a new and invigorated take on spiritual jazz focused on melody, pocket and sound. Its debut single 'Ruptura' went straight in at number one on the ITunes Jazz chart, giving the band a platform for more sold out shows and big festival appearances including at SXSW(Austin, TX) and Jazzahead (Germany).

DID YOU KNOW: Marco last played on our stage back in 2016 (when we were known as Hoochie Coochie) fronting Scotland's No.1 Funk band - 'Federation of the Disco Pimp'!
