Was dissapointed as from the advertising I went on the Saturday expecting there to be live music on and it was just the radio played though the speakers, it I'd of known that this was the situation I wouldn't of paid and gone

Review of Family Spring Festival

Very unorganised was left confused with what I had paid for and what was included in the even after paying for 2 adults there was people sat next to me that hadn’t paid and were watching events and listening to the singers for free, organised event page made it sound like the bouncy castles and stuff for children were included and others thought the same also not just myself 

The music was good, there were three tribute bands and they were all of good quality. However, we purchased a family camping tickets for a motorhome.

The site is not suitable for camping in a caravan or motorhome. Firstly, the access into the field is down a very steep and poorly maintained road and in normal conditions you would struggle to get out with a caravan or motorhome. However we had a little bit of rain when we were there and the whole venue was like a quagmire. The campsite owners were not bothered about this and left us to our own devices and didn’t help us when our motorhome got stuck.  Eventually they offered us a tow out with a tractor for £20, which was poor, given that they had advised us were to park and assured us we would be fine getting out. A real dereliction of duty of care. Furthermore, the camping toilets were really run down and dirty. Be warned!

Absolutely fantastic family show.  Laughter from stary to finish. Truly recommend to go and see. Even my 13yr old autistic daughter enjoyed the whole night ..We absolutely loved it!
