A Mentally Fit Madness

Mentally Fit are on a mission to get people talking about their mental health, being more social and working on ways to improve their quality of life & overall well-being. 
We try to be as inclusive as possible with a wide range of activities and BSL & language interpretation services offered at as many events as possible.
