After a recent trip to Northern Ireland, taking in a visit to Hinch distillery, Will & Emma brought back LOADS of whiskey. we'll be taking you through 4 Irish whiskies and explaining the differences between Scottish and Irish whiskey. you'll be trying Hinch's single malt, Hinch peated, 5 year double wood madeira cask finish and an extra special 15 year old whiskey finished in Sherry casks
