5th birthday 5 years of Orval

An event 5 years in the making! Orval is one of Will's all time favourite beers, a beer with a specific type of yeast that lives on in the bottle and changes the flavour of the beer as it ages. When we opened, Will squirrelled away a few cases of Orval from our opening year and each year since he's added to the collection with this event in mind. To celebrate our 5th birthday we will be tasting beer that has been ageing away in our cellar for every single day we've been open side by side with a beer from each subsequent year. We'll be talking through the comparisons and the differences while understanding what makes this beer so unique.
