I'm really disappointed with my experience at this event. What should have been a fun night quickly turned uncomfortable and honestly quite upsetting.

My friends and I briefly used the bathroom-no more than a couple of minutes-when a group of girls outside (maybe about 7/8) started aggressively banging on the door and shouting at us to hurry up. It felt completely unnecessary and intimidating.

When we came out, the situation escalated. One of them actually put her hands on my friends neck while the others were shouting at us, despite us not engaging or doing anything wrong. It was completely unprovoked and crossed a serious line.

The security didn't do much to keep us safe, and instead of kicking the girls out we had ended up leaving early because we felt unsafe and unwelcome. No one should have to deal with that kind of behaviour at an event that's meant to be enjoyable.

Given the circumstances and the fact we had to leave early due to safety concerns, I would expect a full refund.

I really hope better measures are put in place to ensure guest safety and that this kind of behaviour is taken seriously in the future.
