About

On Friday 20th March, 'You Think You Know Me' returns to Piccadilly Central Manchester as we welcome back the one and only Cortona to play a very special 3 hour set.  After seriously impressing for us in November alongside Nick Stoynoff, it was a no-brainer to bring him back to play at our more intimate 'The Extended Sets' night in the intimate setting of the stunning Piccadilly Central.

As owner of legendary record store 'Plastic Fantastic' and the recently relaunched record label of the same name, which is currently going from strength to strength, Cortona's reputation in the progressive house scene speaks for itself.

With his deep, dirty, hypnotic and just downright filthy releases on his own label as well as John Digweed's Bedrock, District Records and many more, as well as his DJ sets that get even more dark and dirty, seeing Cortona play live is absolutely not to be missed and we're thrilled to have him back.

Support on the night will be provided by a well-known figure on the scene - the wonderful Lynsey. With a huge love of progressive breaks that she will happily talk endlessly about to anyone willing to listen, her passion and technical skill behind the decks is second to none and we're delighted that she will be playing for us.

To complete the lineup, we have Manchild; a mildly familiar face on the scene, particularly in Manchester with his semi-regular appearances at Joshua Brooks. This is actually Manchild typing this, though, so just toning this bit down as it feels a bit weird.

See you on March 20th hun.

Thank you for listening
