FAQS

On behalf of JBM Music we would like to extend our grateful thanks to the Dean of Manchester for allowing us, at short notice, to host this event as a ‘change of venue’ due to unforeseen circumstances from O2 Victoria Warehouse to Manchester Cathedral.

It is important to note that the costumed event doesn’t in anyway denigrate God or glorifies evil or ghosts  as this goes against the true spirit of the faith rooted and observed at the Cathedral.

Where is the concert?

Location: Manchester Cathedral, Cathedral Yard, Manchester M3 1SX

Are there any age restrictions?

Yes. All Cathedral Shows are 18+. We will not allow anyone under the age of 18 into the venue.

Can I leave and come back?

No. Once your ticket has been scanned,re-entry is not permitted. Please ensure you have everything you need before entering the venue.

Is there a bar?

Yes! There are two fully stocked bars inside the venue, serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Card payment only.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes - a cloakroom will be available with limited capacity. We recommend arriving early if you plan to use it, as space will fill up quickly.

Can I pay in cash?

No. This is a cashless event. Please bring a card or contactless payment method for all purchases, including the bar and cloakroom.

Is this a seated or standing concert?

This is a standing concert withn o general seating.

We do offer a very limited accessible seating area for those with a disability or medical condition. Due to the nature of the venue and high demand, not all requests can be accommodated. Access to this area is available by advance request only and granted on a case-by-case basis.

Can I bring my own chair or stool?

No.Personal chairs or stools are not permittedin the standing area.

If you require a seat for medical or accessibility reasons, please contact us to request access to thedesignated accessible seating area.

Are there accessible facilities available?

Yes. The venue includes accessible toilets and step-free access.

Please be aware that this is a Grade I listed venue, which means there arelimitations on structural changes, including to the layout and viewing arrangements. We'll do our best to support all access needs within these constraints.

Do you have an accessible entrance?

Yes - please use the side entrance on Cathedral Street, which offers step-free accessto the venue.

Accessibility Tickets - Important Information

We have a limited number of accessibility tickets available for each Cathedral show.

Please note:

· The accessible area is not on a raised platform

· It is located to the side of the room, with partially obstructed views

· Space is very limited, and priority is given to those who need it most

By booking an accessibility ticket, you confirm that you understand and accept these conditions. This helps us ensure that those with genuine access needs are prioritised.

Do you offer Personal Assistant (PA) tickets?

Yes - PA tickets are available for those who have an accessibility ticket.

· Proof of eligibility for the accessible area (e.g. Nimbus Access Card, PIP letter, DLA, or relevant medical documentation)

Please note: PA tickets are not available as standalone tickets and must accompany an approved access request.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

All tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is postponed or cancelled.

Please ensure you are able to attend before purchasing, as we are unable to offer refunds for changes in personal circumstances.
