New Years' Eve Food and Party!!

Experience an authentic Latin American New Years Eve in Manchester!

You will get an Authentic Latin American 3 course menu (from 6 pm to 9:00 pm). After 9:00 pm the main event kicks off with Live Music (JulyJulay from Domenican Republic singing Salsa, Bachata, Merengue) and later on Djs Latinos Playing all night until 4 am (Latin Mix, Reggeaton, Dembow and much more)

STARTERS

Ensalada Navidena (V)

Traditional Latin American salad with potatoes, beetroot, carrots, peas and mayonnaise.

Maracas Salad (V) (VG)

Mixed salad with salsa criolla (Peruvian red onion relish)

MAINS

Pollo al Horno

Roasted Chicken with 'Sason' (a fresh blend of herbs, onions and peppers) served with a choice of rice, plantains or fries.

Lomo relleno can salsa de pina

Stuffed loin with ham, and bacon served with pineapple sauce and a choice of rice, plantains or fries.

Tallarines con Aji Panca y berengenas (V) (VG)

Latin American style tallarines with Aji Panca Sauce (Peruvian chile) and aubergines

DESSERTS

Pastel de 3 leches (V)

Sponge cake soaked with condensed milk, evaporated milk and whole milk.

Platanos Maduros con miel de panela (V) (VG)

Baked sweet plantain topped with Latin American Caramel
