About
Nick Warren brings his progressive house sound back to Manchester for a daytime session in the Joshua Brooks basement. A selector whose career spans more than three decades, Warren's sets are built on patience, control, and long-form musical progression.
Best known for his work across Global Underground, Balance, Way Out West, and his Hope Recordings imprint, Warren remains committed to storytelling through deep, melodic house and techno. His extended sets allow space for records to unfold naturally, with a focus on flow rather than peaks.
The basement at Joshua Brooks provides the right setting for this kind of session. Close, low-lit, and framed by bricked arches, the room is driven by the Void Acoustics sound system, tuned for detail, warmth, and depth across long-form DJ sets.
Support comes from MANCHILD, opening the afternoon and setting the tone ahead of Warren's extended session.
