Cosmic Gate at Joshua Brooks, Manchester | Friday 27 February

Cosmic Gate return to Joshua Brooks on Friday 27 February for a rare night-time appearance, delivering an extended progressive trance session in the basement.

Formed in 1999, the German duo of Nic Chagall and Bossi have shaped progressive trance for over two decades with releases across Black Hole Recordings and their own Wake Your Mind imprint. Their work includes a Grammy-nominated remix of Gabriel & Dresden's 'Only Road', collaborations with Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten and Markus Schulz, and albums spanning 'Earth Mover' through the 'MOSAIIK' series. Their sound blends progressive trance with melodic techno influences, supported by their long-running Wake Your Mind Radio series and an international touring schedule across global festivals and key club institutions.

The Joshua Brooks basement is known for its intimate feel, bricked arches and close-quarters energy, driven by the Void Acoustics sound system that suits deeper, progressive-led sets.

Show your ticket at the middle-floor bar between 7:30pm and 9pm for discounted drinks before heading downstairs. Applies on nights where no other bar events are scheduled.
